The authentic Chinese-style flavor, enhanced by the umami of scallops and kombu, is perfect not only for gyoza but also for dishes like chijimi (Korean pancake), stir-fried vegetables, and as a secret ingredient for yakibuta (grilled pork) or kakuni (braised pork belly).
